At ARYNE, each piece is thoughtfully curated, and some styles are crafted specifically on order.

Ready-to-Ship:
Select sizes are available for immediate dispatch and are shipped within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Made-to-Order:
Other sizes are made to order and require 15–20 business days for processing and delivery.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer size exchanges and store credit under the following conditions:

Size exchanges are accepted if the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Requests for size exchange must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Store credit can be redeemed on future purchases and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Wrong or Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear images or video of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Important Notes

Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Products must be returned in original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to lighting, fabric, and screen settings.
